Welcome, Jo

I’d like to welcome Jo Hopkinson as a new author at Food Adventure. Jo is an old friend of mine, who has followed and encouraged my food writings, but I know has a lot to contribute herself.

I started this website a year ago, as I was posting more and more about food to my personal blog, and I thought it might gain a wider audience, if presented separately from my posts about life’s routine. The idea was to talk about my food adventures, and show others how simple it can be to cook good tasty meals from basic ingredients, rather than relying on pre-prepared meals.

However, since starting the site, I haven’t been posting half as much as I intended to, mainly due to other demands on my life. I am going to try and change that in the coming year, but with Jo posting as well, hopefully that will help keep me on my toes.
