Cooking with Jamie Oliver

Have just contributed to Jamie Oliver’s Better Food Foundation, which offers a chance to win a one-on-one cooking lesson with him in May.

Oliver has his detractors, but I have always found him interesting, and I can’t argue with the following statement:

“My charity aims to inspire people to reconnect with food. It’s all about raising awareness and individual responsibility, resuscitating dying food culture around the world and, ultimately, keeping cooking skills alive.”
