No-Cook Simple BBQ Sauce

A simple ketchup-based BBQ sauce made from pantry ingredients. Good for ribs, sausages and brisket.

I don’t add heat to this myself, but cayenne or chilli powder can be added if required.

The “no-cook” is a bit of a misnomer – the sauce needs no cooking in its preparation, but should be applied to meat in the late stages of grilling. 20-30 minutes in a grill should be sufficient to bring the flavours together, but it can withstand longer cooking at a low heat.
