I’m not a fan of ribs, or anything requiring me to gnaw a bone; but I make an exception to beef short ribs (mainly because I remove the meat off the bone before serving).
Someone has pointed out that Waitrose are now stocking these. Well worth giving a try. Obviously, I will be slow-smoking them, but they should also work well in a slow cooker, with a suitable broth or sauce.
