Ingredients

small red chilli

cloves garlic

cornflour

soy or tamiri sauce

tsp
honey

tomato puree
Instructions
In a bowl, mix together the cornflour with 2 tbsp cold water.
Add the tamari, tomato puree, honey and apple cider vinegar, mix well, and allow to stand.
Finely chop the garlic and red chilli.
Stir fry main component - meat or vegetable - in a wok, with the garlic and red chilli.
When almost cooked, add the sauce and simmer for 3 minutes.
