Coffee: A Revelation.

September 5, 2018
By

For the past month or so, I have been experimenting with coffee, following a purchase of a bean to cup machine. I must catch up sometime soon with the story of the machine and how I have gone from someone who hated coffee to someone who quite likes it.

Anyway, for now I am writing about the latest coffee blend I am drinking. Seriously, it is the best coffee I can remember ever trying. Thick, chocolaty, and smooth, with just the right amount of bitterness as you swallow.

It is from Union, and – rather aptly – the blend is called Revelation.

Now I’ve been drinking this for the past week, and I’d kind of assumed it was one of the coffees sent to me by The Coffee Roasters where I have a monthly subscription.

But it turns out it was simply a bag I’d picked up in on of my Waitrose online orders!

Knowing how my taste-buds work, although it is tempting to drink this all the time, after a while it would wane on me. But it is definitely going to be one I will keep in the cupboard and swap into my machine from time to time.
