    Coconut and Smoked Fish Chowder.

    Really nice smoked basa fillets, cooked in a chowder flavoured with coconut milk, thyme, bay and garlic.

    Quick and easy to cook, and bloody delicious. Two big portions, so I have lunch or dinner for tomorrow.
